4. Tariffs setting

First of all, set days grouping in tab «Day types» (for example, simply distinguish workdays and weekends)

In the same tab, you can also set holiday calendar that will automatically change price to weekend price (if you distinguish workday and weekend prices). After clicking «Edit calendar», the calendar will open where you can perform setting.

- After that, go to tab Tariff groups, there you need to describe tariffs you will have in the club. There are following tariff types:

Basic tariff – is the main tariff charged per minute; it has two options of using:
Placing with session time indicated – when a guest, on their own, starting a gaming session, selects how long he or she is going to spend Placing without session time indicated – when a guest is charged maximal funds and minutes are added according to those funds -
Packets – is tariffing with:
Fixed duration; after purchasing this tariff type, fixed time amount is added. Example: 3 hours/5 hours With fixed ending time; session lasts for specified time. Example: Packet Afternoon/Night/Morning
In such a tariffing, you can set refund for the time not used; that is, if a guest played for only 1 of 3 hours, he or she gets refund for the 2 hours left. Besides, you can set minimal charging time. -
Subscription – the tariff type, with which guest gets fixed time amount that is reserved for the account after session ends and can end only after its lifetime expires

Basic tariff
- Tariff type - select tariff type to be set
- Name – tariffing name displayed to guests
- Comment - note that you can use for convenience
- User groups - select user groups for which the tariff will be available (select several via SHIFT or CTRL)
- Position number – position number in “Tariff group”
- Использование кредита - включает возможность тратить “Кредитную линию” на данный тариф
- Refund - parameter for refund
- Minimal charging time (min) – minimal time in minutes charged with session activation. (If a guest starts and immediately ends a session, but minimal charging time is 30 minutes, 30 minutes is charged)
- Bonuses can be written off/added – tariff is in loyalty program
- Maximal bonus percentage when writing off – bonus points percentage guest can write off when buying a tariff

Packet with fixed duration
- Tariff type - select tariff type to be set
- Name – tariffing name displayed to guests

- Fixed duration (min) – fixed duration time
- Credit usage – includes possibility to spend “Credit line” on this tariff.

Subscription

- Subscription time (hours) – subscription lifetime
- Subscriptions spare – number of subscriptions a guest can buy simultaneously or having an active subscription
- Bonuses can be written off/added – tariff is in loyalty program
- Maximal bonus percentage when writing off – bonus points percentage guest can write off when buying a tariff

Fee scheme setting

First of all, go to certain tariff settings; after that, select club, zone and click “Add”

After clicking “Add”, the following window appears; now we are going to learn what each setting of the window means.
- Day group – day groups you set at step 1 of this section, that is, days when tariff has price changing or days when it is displayed
- Start/ending time -
- for basic tariff and packets, it is the sale starting time. Example: Tariff Night starts at 22:00 and is on sale till 02:00, respectively, set time 22:00-02:00.
- for subscription, it is duration of validity; that is, if set 22:00-02:00, it is available for using starting at 22:00 and ending at 02:00; if subscription lifetime is more than 24 hours, guest can activate it again at the same time the next day
- Display starting/display ending time – time when a tariff is displayed in available tariffs list; if starting time differs from display starting time, software prompts the guest to pay the difference. Example: display time is 21:00-08:00, starting and ending time is 22:00-02:00, at 21:00 a guest wishes to buy the packet Night that is already displayed in available tariffs list. In this case, if the guest selects it, software prompts to pay for the time up to the tariff starting according to basic tariffing and automatically adds time for the packet purchased.
- Cost – price for tariff you are setting.
